Good product, stuck sales
A gardening brand selling on Amazon UK had a quality product and an established presence, but sales had stagnated at around £9,000 a month. Spend was not turning into growth, and the brand needed a plan to break through the plateau.
Four steps to break the plateau
Campaign audit
A full review of campaign structure, targeting, keywords and ad creatives to find what was holding performance back.
Keyword research and refinement
Removed low-converting and irrelevant terms, and focused budget on high-intent, high-volume searches.
Bid optimization and budget allocation
Bids adjusted from performance data, with budget moved to the campaigns returning the most.
Expansion and targeting
New relevant keywords, product categories and customer segments added to reach buyers the brand was missing.
